Crawley Community Action is an independent charity that offers advice, information, help and support to local charities, voluntary and community groups. We make sure that the interests of the voluntary sector are taken into account by local government and other statutory authorities.

Crawley Community Action linked Active Sussex in with delivery providers who are able to reach the most disadvantaged groups and this has resulted in investment that has been used to run activity sessions in Crawley.
Without the help with funding, there could have been a year when we weren’t doing anything. The event made people more aware of the disability community.

Creative Crawley’s Pop Up Spaces Manager oversees the practical and logistical operation of two pop-up spaces to test their potential as cultural hubs for Crawley. The following spaces will operate from January to July 2025; an empty unit in County Mall Shopping Centre, Theatre Centre’s West Green space and our office in Crawley College alongside the other spaces they use for one off activity.

The Evaluator is responsible for managing the evaluation process for The Creative Village. They will use the research questions for the project to create an evaluation framework that can be used to understand the impact of the project. They will create the tools for the Creative Crawley team to use to explore the impact on all the different participants in the project.
