Crawley Community Action is an independent charity that offers advice, information, help and support to local charities, voluntary and community groups. We make sure that the interests of the voluntary sector are taken into account by local government and other statutory authorities.
Our current strategic plan recognises the value that comes from working with other community groups, particularly when it comes to being sustainable in the long term. This is only possible with the support of Crawley Community Action making those connections.

West Sussex Transitional Team works with young people who still need support but are a little more independent, supporting them to get ready to move on to full independence. They are looking for a Support Project Worker to join the highly motivated and energetic team across Crawley and Burgess Hill.
