Recruiting Organisation: Citizens Advice in West Sussex (North, South, East)

Working hours: Up to 37 hours per week, part time will be considered
Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 dependant on experience
Contract: 12 months fixed term
Location: Flexible at one of the offices. Travel and co-location at outreach sessions required.

Citizens Advice in West Sussex (North, South, East) is excited to be expanding their advice team with Outreach Advisors to deliver services in outreach centres. They will train you on the advice skills you will need and provide you with extensive, ongoing support to build the trainee advisor role.

They have multiple roles available to cover East Grinstead and Mid Sussex; District of Horsham; Crawley and East Grinstead; Adur and Worthing.

• They are looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills, excellent listening skills and able to provide high quality advice whilst face to face and through other channels.
• You will be resourceful, able to work independently but be a real team player so more people receive essential advice and help, making a real difference to the lives of the people they support.
• The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy environment delivering independent advice but training will be provided for the right candidate who can demonstrate a passion for making a difference and the ability to learn complex information quickly.
