Crawley Community Action offers practical support through our Room Hire and a Postal Registered Address Service

Room Hire

We have three meeting rooms available at The Orchard, which can be hired for as little as one hour and are available for a variety of purposes.

These rooms are offered at attractive rates and although preference is given to charities and voluntary organisations, we welcome enquiries from commercial organisations too. Availability outside usual hours may be arranged at our discretion.

Room hire includes presentation equipment and a portable projector if needed for any of the rooms.

The Longley Room

May be used boardroom style, to comfortably accommodate 20 people or is equally at home with theatre style seating for 35 people.

Available seven days a week from 09:00 to 22:00

 

The Cornwell room

The newest of our meeting rooms, will ideally fit up to 10 people seated and 20 theatre style.

Available weekdays only from 09:00 to 17:00.

The Whittick Room

Our smallest meeting room and ideal for the smaller committee meeting with ample seating for 8/10 people around the table.

Available seven days a week from 09:00 to 22:00

Postal Registered Address Service

If you are a Registered Charity or Community Interest Company in need of a Registered Address for receiving your post, please get in touch.

A small charge of £10 per year, for a minimum of 3 years, is made for this service.
