Room Hire

We have two meeting rooms available at The Orchard, which can be hired for as little as one hour and are available for a variety of purposes.

These rooms are offered at attractive rates and although preference is given to charities and voluntary organisations, we welcome enquiries from commercial organisations too. Availability outside usual hours may be arranged at our discretion.

Room hire includes presentation equipment and a portable projector if needed for any of the rooms.

The Longley Room

This lovely room can be used in multiple ways. Horse shoe layout  can accommodate 20 people comfortably and Class room layout & Hollow square can have 24 people. Available seven days a week from 09:00 to 22:00.

The Whittick Room

This is our smallest meeting room and ideal for the smaller committee meeting with Horse shoe layout  accommodating 10 people comfortably and Class room layout & Hollow square can have 16 people.. Available seven days a week from 09:00 to 22:00.
