Help shape a new kind of support for people navigating ADHD diagnosis and adjustment
Crawley Community Action is recruiting Neurodivergent Pathway Link Workers to help deliver a new support service alongside the local ADHD assessment and diagnosis pilot in primary care.
This role will provide non-clinical support for adults navigating the ADHD diagnostic pathway, helping people make sense of their experiences, connect with community support and build confidence following diagnosis.

Working as part of our social prescribing team, you will:
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working relationally with people, is comfortable facilitating conversations and groups, and is motivated by helping people access the support that matters to them.
You might come from a background in:
Experience supporting neurodivergent people would be helpful but not essential, and applications from neurodivergent people are welcomed. But what matters most is that you are:
About Crawley Community Action
Crawley Community Action is a local charity that supports and strengthens the voluntary and community sector in Crawley. We operate the Crawley Social Prescribing service and work closely with GP practices, community groups and residents to improve health and wellbeing across the town.
