Working hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £26-28,000 (depending on experience) + 5% pension contribution
Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex

 

IMPACT is recruiting a Fundraising Officer to support in delivering a programme of action to prevent and treat needless disability in Africa, Asia and here in the UK.

 

Purpose of the Role:

The main purpose of this role is to contribute to the development of IMPACT’s work by mobilising income to support and expand the international programme. Most of IMPACT’s funding comes from Charitable Trusts and private individual donors. Accordingly, the successful candidate will spend most of their time generating funding from these sources; working closely with their overseas partners to monitor existing grants; and undertaking prospect research.

In addition, the post holder will help promote awareness of IMPACT’s work and raise funds from a wider audience. They will also support the general administrative function of small UK office.
