Sisterhood Support Group

Sisterhood is a support group for women that provides a safe, caring and confidential space for all women from 18 upwards of all nationalities and denominations to discuss any issue that may impact on their physical and mental health, and which may be causing them to feel worried, anxious depressed or socially isolated. The ethos of this group is for women to feel empowered, supported and to feel part of a caring and compassionate community.

Areas of discussion may include: 

• Domestic Abuse,
• Bereavement,
• Relationships,
• Financial issues,
• Parenting,
• Loneliness,
• Caring responsibilities,
• Physical ill health,
• Anxiety
• Depression.

The group started in May 2022 and is facilitated by a qualified and experienced professional.

Every women will receive a warm and friendly welcome with no questions asked other than would you like tea or coffee!

They meet 3 Thursdays out of 4 , so please call or text to make sure the group is running.

Time of meeting:  12.30 to 2.30pm
