Welcome to ADHD Connect

Receiving an ADHD diagnosis can bring a wide range of emotions. For some people, it provides answers to questions they’ve had for years. For others, it can feel overwhelming or leave them wondering what happens next. However you’re feeling, you’re welcome here.

ADHD Connect is here to provide information, practical strategies, and ongoing support as you learn more about ADHD and what it means for you. We understand that ADHD affects everyone differently, and there is no single “right” way to experience it. Our aim is to help you build on your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and connect with others who understand your experiences. Whether you’re looking for reliable information, peer support, or opportunities to learn … we’re here to help.

ADHD Peer Support Groups for Adults

Recently diagnosed with ADHD?

If you have received an ADHD diagnosis since July 2025, you may be eligible to join one of our new ADHD Peer Support Groups, provided by Crawley Community Action. Launching in August, these groups are open to adults aged 18 years and over and provide a welcoming, confidential space where you can:

  • Meet others with shared experiences
  • Share ideas, information and practical coping strategies
  • Build supportive connections
  • Learn from others who understand life with ADHD
  • Feel less alone on your journey

Whether you’re looking for understanding, advice, or simply the opportunity to talk with others in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note that these groups are provided by Crawley Community Action and are intended to complement, not replace, the care and support you receive from your GP or specialist services.
