As the charity sector continues to develop and new challenges emerge, the need to support and develop managers at all levels has never been more important.

Whether aspiring, volunteer managers or departmental managers, development opportunities such as the Corndel leadership and management diplomas, enable talented and passionate individuals to take the next step in their careers whilst receiving the vital support and coaching they need.

 

American Express is providing 20 fully-funded places on the Corndel Level 3 Management Diploma and 20 fully-funded places on the Corndel Level 5 Leadership and Management Diploma.

Corndel Level 3 Management Diploma is aimed at aspiring managers, and those new to management or leading teams of volunteers. Learners will benefit from:

  • Access to 13 months of professional one-to-one coaching with an experienced management coach
  • Networking opportunities with leaders from other third-sector organisations
  • Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship
  • CMI Level 3 qualification
  • Membership to the CMI throughout the programme

 

Corndel Level 5 Leadership and Management Diploma is aimed at operational and departmental managers with experience in managing individuals or a team. Learners will benefit from:

  • Access to 13 months of professional one-to-one coaching with an experienced management coach
  • Networking opportunities with leaders from other third-sector organisations
  • Level 5 Operational/Departmental Manager Apprenticeship
  • CMI Level 5 qualification
  • Membership to the CMI throughout the programme
