Recruiting Organisation: Citizens Advice in West Sussex (North, South, East)

Working hours: 37 hours per week (part time hours will be considered)
Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 pro rata depending on experience
Contract: Permanent
Location: Flexible at one of the offices, some homeworking will be considered

Citizens Advice in West Sussex (North, South, East) is recruiting a Volunteer Team Supervisor with the drive and commitment to lead in recruiting, training and supporting the volunteers. You will play a key role in training and supervising new advice volunteers, working with them and advice supervisors to coach them to pass their advice assessments, check quality and build a fantastic team.

You need to have –

• You will need excellent communication and coaching skills
• Able to assess against criteria,
• Excellent record keeping
• Innovative ways of recruiting volunteers into the team
• Ideally you will have knowledge and experience of social welfare advice but training will be provided for the right candidate
