Turning Tides are excited to be recruiting several positions in a dedicated team, to run Roffey Place, their new accommodation service, situated in the rural surroundings of Horsham. This exciting new development for the charity, means that they have created 2 new posts for Minibus Driver & Facility Assistants in Horsham.

They have gone from supporting a handful of people in the coastal town of Worthing to providing a range of services to over 1,700 people in Worthing, Adur, Littlehampton, Horsham and Mid Sussex. They have over 10,000 supporters, 300 volunteers and 160 staff members to date.

The role involves driving an 8-seater minibus shuttle service throughout the afternoon and evening, transporting the clients from their rural housing project to destinations in Horsham and the wider area.

When not driving, you will be required to complete essential tasks, such as facilities, grounds or cleaning tasks, collecting donations or supporting clients moving in or on.

They are looking for kind, considerate people who hold a clean driving licence and have experience driving a minibus or making travel arrangements and that are able to undertake simple housekeeping and maintenance tasks as required.
