Working hours: 17.5 hours per week – there may be some flexibility regarding hours
Salary: Grade 5 SSP 25- 27 Starting salary £ 24738 Pro rata

Location: Allocated Lost Woods programme area (see map on Website) with some home-based working

Action in Rural Sussex is seeking to recruit 2 Community Development workers with experience in using asset-based approaches to community development and who have an interest in nature conservation. The role will include supporting communities to develop networks, training, conservation, wellbeing, and citizen science activities, to ensure that local residents and underserved communities can engage fully with the Lost Woods programme.
