Working hours: 37 Hours per week
Salary: £25,000 to £26,000 dependant on experience
Contract: Permanent
Location: Shoreham/Horsham/Crawley – (Based at one of our offices in West Sussex subject to availability) Travel to different offices required however will be paid for.

Citizens Advice in West Sussex (North, South, East) are recruiting a Helpline Supervisor to join the growing advice team and make a difference. Every week they answer hundreds of calls on projects including foodbanks, giving independent advice, helping users access support and specialist services.

A local charity based in West Sussex, you will supervise a team of helpline advisors across the offices. Providing line management, quality checks, allocating resources and ensuring KPIs are met.

The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering advice through phone and digital channels, managing projects and people. However, training will be given for the right candidate who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, an eye for quality, and thrives in a busy environment.
