Head of Communications and Engagement

Working hours : 37 hours per week

Salary: £35,000 FTE
Location: Hybrid Working – Littlehampton, Brighton, Horsham, Burgess Hill, Chichester or Haywards Heath

  • The role will lead and manage their communications, engagement and marketing team.
  • It  will include leading on the development of their website and ensuring a seamless, engaging and high quality service for all their customers and staff.
  • You will be working with geographically dispersed, highly dedicated teams and services and oversee our First Point of Contact and Information and Advice teams.
  • As Head of Communications and Engagement you will play a crucial part in the organisation.
  • This will put you at the heart of the charity and give you the opportunity to use your skills in a varied and fast-paced role.
  • You  will lead, motivate and support the work they do and help them make a positive difference to the teams and their communities.

If you are passionate about helping local communities,  have a background in communications, public engagement, project management and leading effective communication strategies, then this is the role for you!
