Responsible for: The Management of the Counselling Agency

An exciting opportunity has presented itself for the successful candidate. Charis Counselling Crawley UK is a Christian Agency set up to serve the people of Crawley and the surrounding area, by offering high quality, accessible and low-cost counselling to them. They also provide counselling placements to trainees on accredited counselling diplomas. They are a small charity registered with the Charity Commission.

They are recruiting a Counselling Manager to lead, coordinate, develop and expand counselling service. They require an experienced counsellor who is registered with either BACP, ACC, UKCP or another recognised governing body, who has experience within a managerial role and a passion for developing and growing the charity and its counselling service.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate high levels of professionalism, leadership, and management skills as well as close liaison with The Board of Trustees and Deputy Manager.
