Working hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: Up to £27,000 + 3% pension contribution dependent on experience

As an Advice Supervisor you will be responsible for managing an advice session, overseeing a team of volunteers. The role will include:

• manage the practicalities of the advice session,
• working with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure adequate staffing and resourcing.
• provide technical support and act as a consultant to advisers.
• monitor the quality of advice given to clients through case review.
• keep technical knowledge up to date
• provide appropriate level of support and supervision to individual workers depending on their level of competence.
