This is an exciting role for someone who will lead, develop and manage services and people for the benefit of older people district-wide in Arun.

  • Working in partnership with colleagues, key stakeholders, local organisations and communities, this will mean high quality, impactful services and activities for older people.
  • They are looking for a confident and enthusiastic self-starter who can support the running of a busy centre and who also understands community development and true partnership working.
  • They need someone who can help them navigate the current challenges and ensure older people in Arun get the best possible support they may need in winter.
  • You will need excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills to drive forward our ambition for the locality.
  • If you wish to make a significant, positive difference to older people’s lives and you’re ready for a new challenge, they look forward to hearing from you!
  • A driving licence is required for the role as it may involve some travel.
  • Should you be successful, you will be subject to a variety of checks, including DBS and references.
