Development Manager – Crawley

Working hours: 37 hours pw (job share, flexible and hybrid working all considered)

The role entails you managing their services in Crawley to help older people, their families and their carers. To do this, they provide an array of services and activities that meet the needs and interests of the diverse communities they support, providing opportunities for people to get out, have fun, socialise and build friendships.

The role is particularly crucial given the unprecedented and continued challenging times that we face.  You will be working in partnership with colleagues, key stakeholders, local organisations and communities to provide high quality, impactful, inclusive services and activities.

  • Understand community development/true partnership working
  • Demonstrate a great understanding of Crawley
