The role entails you managing their services in Crawley to help older people, their families and their carers. To do this, they provide an array of services and activities that meet the needs and interests of the diverse communities they support, providing opportunities for people to get out, have fun, socialise and build friendships.
They are looking for an exceptional person to lead the team and drive forward their ambition for Crawley. The role is particularly crucial given the unprecedented and continued challenging times that we face. You will be working in partnership with colleagues, key stakeholders, local organisations and communities to provide high quality, impactful, inclusive services and activities.
