Salary: £5,810 pa (£21,500 FTE)

They have an exciting opportunity available for a part time Coordinator to join the amazing Dementia Services Team. The Dementia Coordinator role is crucial in enabling AUKWSBH in achieving their mission, to give people affected by dementia the knowledge, support and care they need to engage in meaningful activities, take part in family and community life and manage their symptoms, as well as providing support to their carers and signposting where needed.

They are looking for a coordinator to lead on sessions, creating a safe and enjoyable space for members.

  • Part of the coordinator role will be ensuring accurate records are kept up to date, so good administration skills are required.
  • You will also be required to provide some line management duties and monitor quality and health and safety needs, as well as keeping up to date with local support services.
  • You will be motivated by being part of an exceptional team, that works tirelessly to improve the lives of people affected by dementia.
  • You will be an excellent team player and people affected by dementia will be at the heart of every action you take and decisions you make.
