Working hours: 21 hours a week with occasional evenings and weekends

Location: Littlehampton/Bognor

Salary :£13,445 pa (£23,690 FTE)

The Role:

In this newly established position, you’ll be supporting a brand-new team, working closely on a 1:2:1 basis with individuals to facilitate their access to local community services. Whether it’s assisting with benefit applications, providing housing advice, or combating loneliness by encouraging social engagement, your efforts will contribute to improving the quality of life for many who lack local family support. As a valued member of the multidisciplinary NHS team within Sussex Community Foundation Trust, your work will directly impact the well-being of community members, helping them remain in their homes and preventing unnecessary hospitalisations.
