Recruiting Organisation: Mid Sussex Voluntary Action (MSVA)             

Working hours: 5 hours a week every Thursday
Salary: £13.00 per hour, Open to applicants who are self-employed/freelance.
Location: The Cherry Tree Centre, Burgess Hill RH15 8QB

This exciting role provides an opportunity to develop the Community Café to the next level of its evolution. The Cherry Tree Centre provides a welcoming space for the local community, and they want the Community Café to continue to provide for existing users, as well as cater for a broader demographic.

Your role will be to lead the setup and day-to-day management of the café within the centre, leading on:
− food preparation
− developing the menu to include seasonal dishes that are healthy and affordable
− supporting café volunteers
