A small charge of £30 per year, is made for this service. Please note the following-
- Mail Collection: CCA will not forward mail. All mail must be collected from the CCA office during opening hours.
- Uncollected Mail: If mail remains uncollected for more than one year and we have been unable to make contact with your organisation using the details provided, CCA reserves the right to return the mail to sender or securely dispose of it. Continued non-collection may result in the termination of the service without refund.
- Eligibility: This service is only available to charities, community groups, and CICs operating in Crawley, West Sussex.
- Changes: Organisations must notify CCA immediately of any changes to contact details or legal status.
- Termination: CCA reserves the right to withdraw the service if fees are unpaid, terms are breached, or the organisation ceases to operate in Crawley.
- Liability: CCA accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from use of this service.
- Reservation: CCA Reserves the right to refuse new applicants, close or cancel this service at any time.
- Review: Terms, conditions, and fees are reviewed annually and may be subject to change.
