Receiving an ADHD diagnosis can bring a wide range of emotions. For some people, it provides answers to questions they’ve had for years. For others, it can feel overwhelming or leave them wondering what happens next. However you’re feeling, you’re welcome here.
ADHD Connect is here to provide information, practical strategies, and ongoing support as you learn more about ADHD and what it means for you. We understand that ADHD affects everyone differently, and there is no single “right” way to experience it. Our aim is to help you build on your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and connect with others who understand your experiences. Whether you’re looking for reliable information, peer support, or opportunities to learn … we’re here to help.

Whether you’re looking for understanding, advice, or simply the opportunity to talk with others in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Please note that these groups are provided by Crawley Community Action and are intended to complement, not replace, the care and support you receive from your GP or specialist services.
We regularly run ADHD peer support groups, workshops and community events.
