Annual General Meeting 2025

Our Trustees at the AGM

We had our Annual General Meeting on 26 Nov 2025 at our Longley Room, The Orchard, RH10 6AD. We were joined by around 20 member organisations along with our trustees, volunteers and staff.

Our Chair, Sue Bloom presented ‘Chair Report’ and Finance Director, Ashwin Soni, presented the finance report for 2024-25. This was followed by the usual resolution passing and other formalities of AGM. But the interesting part lied in the presentation of our success stories for the year.

Our Volunteer Manager, Emily Thorpe , presented ‘Crawley Growing Together’ project. The video wonderfully presented how beautifully our volunteers are giving shape to our community garden in Crawley West Green.

Our Social Prescribing Manager, Luke Boucher, also presented how effective the social prescribing project is in the life of those who need it. Another video was presented where the beneficiaries speak about the service they received and how their life changed after availing this service.

There was also a new group called Fibro Friends, the founder members were our social prescribing clients last year. It was so exciting to see them recovered from their gloom and now holding up others, who suffer from the same cause. This showcases the real success of our social prescribing  service.
