Office Spaces Available for Rent

The Orchard provides good quality, low-cost space for voluntary and community organisations.  The building is operated by us on behalf of Crawley Borough Council. The purpose of the Orchard is to provide a hub for community action that benefits Crawley and its residents.

There are a few office spaces available for rent at our hub, The Orchard. These are available on First Come First Serve basis. These rooms are offered at attractive rates and preference is given to charities and voluntary organisations. Room 1 – 100 sq ft  at the second floor.

Alcove – 130 sqft at the second floor.

Room 2 – 80 sqft at the second floor

 

Following are the services available at –

Postal Address : The Orchard, 1-2 Gleneagles Court, Brighton Road, Crawley, RH10 6AD

Wi-Fi : Available

Refreshments: Will have access to kitchen facilities (kettle, microwave)

Printing : Subject to approval of premises manager, at 17p per A4 sheet.  A3 printing & laminating facility also available. Price sheet available with Premises Manager.

Parking: Available on premises on first come first basis. Premises manager issues parking permit to the tenants. Have to let the premises manager know of the cars that need parking at the premises.

Postage Handling: Can use the premises as their registered address. Royal Mail comes to deliver posts everyday. Franking and posting mails available on approval of premises manager at extra charges, as per actuals.

Mail Forwarding: A small amount of mail can be forwarded to other address at extra charges and with agreement of premises manager.
