CCA is hosting a funding surgery for local organisations wishing to celebrate, explore and share heritage in Crawley.

We have 30-minute face-to-face advice sessions available on –

Date: Thursday 22nd June

Time: 10am until 4pm

where you will be able to discuss your project ideas with the regional engagement manager from the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

 

The sessions are open to existing heritage organisations and also other community groups, charities and social enterprises who would like to projects and activities that connect people and communities to the UK’s heritage.

We are particularly keen to encourage diverse communities to attend, and those who have never previously applied for funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund.

The National Lottery Heritage Fund support all kinds of projects using money raised by National Lottery players to help people and communities enjoy, explore and learn more about the heritage they care about. Projects could include anything from –

  • recording people’s memories,
  • researching people and places,
  • looking after natural habitats and wildlife,
  • helping people to learn traditional skills,
  • delving into diverse cultures or
  • exploring a local museum collection.

As part of the booking process, please email a short summary regarding the heritage you’re your project will focus on; why it is important to your community and the activities you would like to deliver.
