Working hours: 21 hours per week (flexible/to be discussed)
Salary: £18,059 (FTE £30,098)
Location: Hybrid working from Crawley and home base

 

Relate West Sussex is looking for a Fundraising and Marketing Manager to join its small, supportive team based in Crawley, West Sussex. Relate offers counselling services to couples, families, individuals, and children and young people across the county. To support this vital work, this outward-facing role will be responsible for meeting the organisation’s fundraising targets and developing and maintaining relationships with a variety of funders including statutory partners, trusts and foundations.

A proven track record of successful income generation in the charitable sector and experience of writing funding bids is essential to this role. They are also seeking a flare for marketing and promotion, particularly across online channels. Strong IT skills are key, as is the ability to communicate confidently and effectively across the private, public and charity sectors. The successful applicant must be reliable and self-motivated, a team-player, and committed to the vision and values of Relate.
