Working hours : 25 hours a week (Flexible working days, must include Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays)

Salary: £19/ hour (inclusive of travel expenses)
Location: Across Greater London and Surrey — on-site support at multiple HBC groups and projects. Some remote admin work.

We’re pleased to let you know that a new role of Deputy Outreach Coordinator is now open within the Happy Baby Community.

This is a 25-hour per week position that will work closely with the Outreach Manager to support teams across Greater London and Surrey. The role includes covering sessions when staff are away, supporting partnerships, leading on the swimming sessions, and helping manage outreach logistics and planning.

They are particularly looking for team members who have –

• management experience,
• a positive and proactive approach,
• the flexibility to work across different locations and days (including Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays).
