Crawley Workwell Project

Crawley Community Action (CCA) is a charity that helps people in Crawley to stay connected, active, and involved in their community. We believe that when people feel supported and part of something, their health and wellbeing improve too.

We work closely with NHS services, local community organisations, and others to make sure local people can access the right help at the right time.

The Crawley WorkWell project is all about supporting people who are out of work or at risk of losing their job because of health conditions — with a focus on musculoskeletal (MSK) issues. By combining practical advice and coaching, wellbeing support, and links into local services, Crawley WorkWell helps people take small, positive steps towards feeling well, confident, and work-ready.

Our Service

We support working-age adults in Crawley who are newly unemployed or at risk of losing their jobs. The project will provide coaching and 1:1 support to people who are unemployed or at risk of unemployment due to musculoskeletal (MSK) problems or other health needs. We will offer tailored coaching, peer support and signposting to other local services to help you access the right support.

We work in partnership with you to help find the support you need. By understanding what matters most to you, we explore possible actions or changes that could improve your situation. Together, we create a plan and support you in taking steps toward your goals, including connecting you with services, activities, or organisations that align with your aims. Our focus is always on empowering clients, helping them use their strengths to find the best solutions for their needs.

We offer up to six meetings with clients over a period of up to three months. This allows us to adjust the support over time, adapting to their progress, revisiting goals, and overcoming any challenges that arise.
