Sussex Community Foundation Trustee recruitment

With the retirement of several board members Sussex Community Foundation (SCF) will be recruiting new trustees this autumn.

With your extensive knowledge of the sector and communities across Sussex, they would be very grateful for any help you are able to offer to spread the word about this recruitment exercise through your usual channels.  Please also feel free to mention these opportunities to any personal contacts etc who you feel may be interested.

SCF are looking for up to five new trustees, to cover the following skills areas:

• Knowledge and experience of the voluntary sector in Sussex, or
• An ability and interest in introducing the Foundation to new donors, or
• Scientific and technological knowledge including climate change and environment or
• Digital and IT skills

Alongside this they are particularly looking for people with knowledge and contact in West Sussex and Brighton & Hove. They are also keen to diversify the board attracting women and people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
