This Fund will support local voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise projects that bring together place-based partnerships to improve and increase the range and reach of available social prescribing community activities.
Grants of between £25,000 and £50,000 are available for projects taking place from March 2021 to March 2022.
The projects will work with the communities most impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, including Black, Asian and ethnically diverse communities, and will help to:
The funding can be used to support partnership development, research and planning activities, and delivery of public-facing community activities.
Applications will be open from 23 November 2020 until midday on 8 January 2021.
A webinar is being held to coincide with the launch of the Thriving Communities Fund application portal, covering the funds’ aims and eligibility, as well as how to apply.
