Sussex NHS Commissioners are running a Sussex wide programme in response to the disproportionate effect of Covid-19 on minority communities.
The programme aims to understand peoples experiences of health care services within the last two years, how the pandemic has affected people individually and in their household, and consider the best ways to support individuals and communities as we learn to live with Covid-19.
They are currently carrying out a survey to explore issues surrounding coronavirus and its impact on Black, Asian and minority ethnic people in Sussex, which is available to take online here, until Monday 24 August.
The survey is available in alternative languages by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, FAO Antonia Bennett.
