Support with gathering insight around vax uptake in 75+

In Sussex, it is observed lower uptake than expected for the Spring booster vaccinations for our 75+ population.  Please could you answer a short survey, which is necessary for them to understand why people are not taking up their vaccination? please click on the following link-
