SASBAH in search for New Trustees

Are you interested in supporting a local charity?

Would you like to help create opportunities for people with disabilities?

SASBAH (Sussex Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus) is looking for dynamic people to join their Board of Trustees. SASBAH have ambitious goals and Trustees are key to help them make these happen. If you would like to support a small local charity, they would like to hear from you.

It is important that Trustees bring enthusiasm and commitment to their role in running the charity. SASBAH is a friendly, hardworking team of volunteers who work alongside an experienced and dedicated staff and volunteer team who support service users within communities.

SASBAH is looking for enthusiastic people to join them possibly with an understanding of issues around disability and charities. Other aspects of the charity, which the trustees oversee, include staff employment, training, marketing, finance, fundraising and all aspects of governance of a charity.
The time commitment would be a minimum of four meetings a year some of which will be online or face-to-face with the opportunity to get involved further in the organisation should you be interested.
