National Survey for NHS Volunteer Responders Scheme

The NHS Volunteer Responders Scheme is a national, app-based, volunteering scheme, that was set up in response to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. They are taking part in a national evaluation of the NHS Volunteer Responders scheme, led by an independent evaluation company called Traverse. They would value your input into this work. The project in Sussex was just one part of England where the evaluation took place. NHS England are coordinating the responses and have commissioned Traverse to carry out a national survey.

The survey is about the volunteering response to the Covid-19 pandemic, and the changes that would make the NHS Volunteer Responders scheme most useful in our area in the future.

This survey is going out to stakeholders from across the NHS, Voluntary and Community Sector, and Local Authorities. This means that not all questions will feel relevant for all people, and “don’t know” can be selected where appropriate.

The survey should take 15 minutes to complete.
