Salary: £14-£16/hr

Days of Work: Thursdays-Sundays, shifts will vary minimum 4 hour call (day time and evening work required)

Contract Start: 25 February 2025

Contract End: 29 June 2025

Place of Work: In person at two locations in Crawley

The Welcome Team will work with the wider Creative Crawley team across two new pop-up spaces, supporting the delivery of multi-artform events.

About the role

The Welcome Team are the face of the pop-up spaces where Creative Crawley are presenting events in. They are responsible for greeting and guiding audiences and supporting the staff team to safely and efficiently deliver the activity. 

The role is an integral part of welcoming audiences to Creative Crawley events, providing excellent customer service ensuring the safety, welfare and enjoyment of all.
