Team Manager (Preparing for Loss & Grief Teams)

Working hours: 18 Hours per week
Salary: £28,000 pro rata
Location: CURRENTLY DUE TO THE COVID PANDEMIC STAFF ARE WORKING REMOTELY. Usually based at Jigsaw (South East) offices in East Grinstead, West Sussex. The post involves some travel within Surrey and surrounding areas.

 

Following the promotion of current support team manager, an opportunity to lead the wonderful support team has arisen. The support team manager is responsible for the delivery of preparing for loss and grief support services for bereaved children, young people and families facing the loss of a loved one.

As well as providing leadership, this role brings you into direct contact with service users and you will be able to use your experience and skills to ensure they deliver a high-quality service. You will be joining the charity at an important time, as they evolve to meet the demands of supporting children and young people through and after the pandemic. Applicants need to demonstrate experience of managing similar services and a passion for partnership working.
