Project Worker (Transitional)

Working hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Salary: £22,640 per annum(£18,112 pro rata)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Horsham / Crawley

As a Project Worker, you’ll be working alongside the Projects Manager, Senior Project Worker and the wider housing team to provide effective day to day management of our community accommodation projects. This includes delivering one to one sessions and group work sessions to assist residents to develop personally and socially in order that they grow in confidence and move towards independence. You will also be providing support to 18-35 year old residents across Horsham and Crawley, coaching in life skills and liaising with other agencies.

Based in Horsham, you will be working full time across Horsham and Crawley and may need to travel to other areas of West Sussex.

Key Requirements:
• Driving license
• Access to vehicle
• Experience of working with young people

The successful applicant will be experienced in and/or passionate about working directly with young people aged 18-35 and able to engage and relate well to this age group.
