Money Advice Caseworker

Full time: 37 hours per week
Salary: £22,000 – 28,000 depending on experience
2 year contract, likely to extend beyond

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our organisation as Money Advice Caseworker.

Are you passionate about money advice, resolving debts and helping clients to find a way forward?  We are looking for an outstanding debt/money advisor to join our growing debt team.

You will have the debt experience needed to meet MAPS crtierias but also have a commitment to quality, be outcomes focused, agile and  put the client at the centre of what you do. The Role

  • To ensure the delivery of high quality money advice and casework across the spectrum of the debt process.
  • To achieve the best appropriate outcomes for the people faced with debt issues.
  • To provide locum support as needed to neighbouring organisations.
