Working hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Salary: £22,640 per annum plus an additional annual £1,500 night worker allowance.
You will work within YMCA DownsLink Group properties that provide accommodation and associated support services to young people and adults. The role requires maintaining accurate records and keeping the properties safe and secure throughout the night. An understanding of the support needs of the people and experience of working with similar clients – and the challenges that can arise – is essential.
The shifts are waking nights worked on a rota of 4-on 4-off. You will either provide mobile support to our dispersed and staffed properties as well as providing occasional static cover or work at one of our projects in Horsham and Mid-Sussex. For this mobile post, a driving licence is essential; a vehicle can be provided if required.
