Hours: 37 per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager who has experience of working in a charity. It is a great time to join us as we have very ambitious plans to continue to grow the whole organisation, to broaden our reach and become more efficient and effective.
You will lead, mentor and support a small team to deliver an effective financial function to ensure financial and budgetary controls are robust and timely. You will need to be self-motivated and contribute to the finance strategy in order to make a positive difference to the wider business.
You will have strong commercial and charity acumen with an understanding of both the business fundamentals to drive efficiencies and how to get the best from your team.
We are looking for a person who wishes to make a significant, positive difference to older people’s lives. You must be able to provide exemplary leadership through values driven behaviour.
