We have an exciting opportunity for a CQC Registered Manager to join us and manage a small domiciliary care service alongside our nail cutting service in Brighton & Hove. The domiciliary care service provides short term care following hospital discharge, a break down in care or a crisis.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the services ensuring an excellent level of care and service is maintained and delivered to all our clients.
This is an opportunity to be part of the developing services within Age UK West Sussex, Brighton & Hove. This well established service is looking for the ideal candidate who will have a proven track record of working in a senior role or managing a CQC registered service. You will have at least a Level 4 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent and be wiling to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. You will have excellent communication skills, be passionate about delivering a high quality service to our clients and have a real desire to develop services. You will be motivated to create new business and understand how to motivate and manage successful teams.
