Client Finance and Digital Lead

Working hours: 21-25 hours per week, ideally over 4 days
Salary: £14,399 – £17,143 (circa £24,000 fte)
Contract: 12 months fixed term initially
Location: Flexible location, including home-working

Our team supports the wellbeing of people living with acquired brain injury. Headway is extending as a Sussex-wide provider organisation and gearing up to grow again.

We urgently need an excellent communicator with a combination of other skills and experience to set up an off the shelf information database, manage our client finance service and accelerate our shift to digital. These changes will enable Headway to deliver essential services and respond to increasing new referrals.

This is a pivotal role to drive forward business system change. We need you to:

  • provide an efficient client finance service including raising invoices, liaising with our managers and staff, clients, family carers and case managers
  • project-manage and lead our small team through procurement and implementation of a new database as our System Coordinator
  • set Headway up to raise our profile, maximise digital presence, widen digital engagement and promote the charity through a range of media.

We need you to have a minimum of 3 years experience in a finance, business, digital customer relations orientated role requiring use of an information database. You will have knowledge of the CRM implementation process and will hold a relevant professional qualification in accountancy, management, business, IT, marketing.
