Crawley Wellbeing have restarted their regular Health Walks from this week.
Walking is a great form of activity, suitable for anyone, regardless of how fit or old you are. There are several health benefits to walking, with it reducing the risk of many co-morbid illnesses.
The Crawley Wellbeing Health Walks are provided free of charge and all that’s needed are comfortable, laced shoes. Walks are supervised by qualified walk leaders to ensure the safety and enjoyment of those taking part.
Due to COVID-19, several precautions are being taken to make the walks as safe as possible and a booking system has been put in place to help manage numbers. Find out more information here.
They are currently running two walks per week on a Thursday, with walks offered at St. Albans & Tilgate Park. Details for each walk and booking can be found here.
